Bringing various quality of life fixes and major performance improvements over the version used in Planet Coaster Console Edition.

Built on top of the cross-platform features added for Age of Sigmar, allowing Cobra to fully support Planet Coasters franchise mode and other online features, which was missing from Planet Coaster Console Edition, and was greatly extended on in Planet Coaster 2.
